It’s quality that you can taste! The dishes include many classics, but always with a special twist. The Salade Niçoise, for example, is not served with the usual canned tuna, but rather with premium tuna steaks, briefly seared tataki-style. Top quality bursting with flavour instead of conventional and mainstream – that’s what Handwerk is all about. This commitment to excellence starts with the French bread, handmade in Vienna and served with whipped Zillertal hay-milk butter and traditional Grammelschmalz pork lard spread. The culinary experience then continues with a tender organic beef tartare served with mustard caviar, creamy organic Jerusalem artichoke soup and succulent organic ribeye steak with port wine onions, before culminating in a delicious Kaiserschmarren dessert masterfully prepared by the in-house pastry chef.
