The ARCOTEL Wimberger is a non-smoking hotel. It is therefore prohibited to smoke in the public areas as well as in the guest rooms.

What can I do if I don’t have a credit card and want to guarantee my reservation?
Even without a credit card, there are several ways to guarantee your reservation.
For individual bookings, we’ll be happy to send you a payment or authorization link via email upon request. Please simply send us a written request by email. You can also use the payment link to pay by bank transfer.
A guarantee without a credit card is also possible if a valid corporate rate agreement exists with the respective hotel.
Corporate customers without such an agreement have the option of conveniently sending us a written guarantee statement by email. You will then receive a payment or authorization link via email. Using the payment link, you can also pay by bank transfer.
Please note that bookings of 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations. Special conditions apply, which we would be happy to coordinate with you individually by email.

The breakfast room is located in the Handwerk Restaurant and is open from 6.30 to 10.30 am. You are very welcome to invite external guests or have breakfast as an external guest. The breakfast buffet costs EUR 26.00 per person.
Are there certain dishes for lactose and gluten intolerance or wheat flour allergy? Do you offer kosher food or meals for vegetarians?
